Adam, you can order the Boxster with Carrara White gages (and other colors too). The code is XJF (white) and costs $690.

Call me crazy but my 01S has the MPH digital readout where the odometer is in this picture?
Do earlier Boxsters have a different spedo setup?

The digital speed readout used to be were your current milage readout is. It was eithier in 00 or 01 that it was changed.

Then they changed it back under the tach in the 987. Makes more sense there.

Nothing is wrong with the picture, I just felt like seeing some creative posts.

I was just excited to post a picture of my car on the verge of adulthood.

(I don't get out much)

Thanks for asking, but dude, the collection is getting ridiculous! I'm up to 3 cupfulls! They're under my desk -overflowing, and I'm constantly kicking the cups over! It feels like my life is spinning out of control -all because of these bottle caps that have a hold of me! I'll post a new photo of that action later.

you're weird, in a funny way. I'm new to the board and I guess I will just have to get used to eccentric Porsche people and their strange pass-times and humor. Plastic bottle cap collecting and scamming people into thinking something's wrong with their guages. Ha! Love it.
