Hows the lighting? Just curious... Better than stock?

Can someone post a picture with them on? I'm curious to see how the smaller led's that surround the projector look...

Thanks!

i got mine yesterday. however, i am having a hard time "locking" into place. did anyone have that issue? also, has anyone changed out the main bulb to be "whiter"? would a LED bulb in there be helpful?

Yes, the lever to secure the light in place is very tight.. I found taking a dremel to the bottom latch indentation of the new light resolved the problem. The tolerance is too tight..
Prior to doing that it would snap hard and smash the projector into the top lens..

See link where others encountered the same.. my post is #141 http://986forum.com/forums/diy-project-guides/34492-remove-amber-film-headlights.html

Hope this helps

currently, mine does not "snap" in at all. i can toggle it loose and pull it out. scary. afraid if i brake hard enough, the darn things will just pop off.
