I think the reason your tire looks more rubber band than the GT3 tire's picture is cause on the GT3, the outer tread design on the rubber isnt visible from the side...

On your Goodyears, you can see the tread dip over the edge of the tire onto the sidewall which could give the effect of a smaller sidewall. Also it could be that while your Tire sizes are the same as the GT3, the Rim size you have could be wider (side to side) so it might look like the sidewalls on your rims slant inwards from the rim to the top of the sidewall.

While the GT3 rims arent as wide so the sidewall goes prefectly straight up and down giving the effect of a taller tire.
