It drove great. You could really tell the difference as the engine revved. Much freer. There was some rattle, but if you are going to DE your car, nice upgrade.

Agree with Harry...with Accusump, you get two more quarts of oil that get injected if the pressure falls below the set point, but the extra oil in the sump cannot hurt. I had LN .5 qt pan extension...

I chose the Accusump as a solution after blowing up two M96 engines in my 02 Boxster S! Ultimately, I have opted for a 996T with a dry sump and now have my car for sale with the accusump installed....

ok...got home and hooked up the obd...

ok...got home and hooked up the obd tester.....still no codes, or pending codes. Checked emissions and these are the two items out of eight that show " inc" (inconclusive?) cat monitor & evap system....

The CEL is not on, and there were no codes...

The CEL is not on, and there were no codes pending the last I checked. I will check the codes again tonight and see if I can get the emissions guy to tell me which readiness test failed?
