I know, and agree but the difficult thing is trying to get any reputable garage to fit non N rated tyres to a Porsche. Most will not do it as they fear you wont be insured and they become liable...

Older Boxsters (<2003) have it easy with the Becker head units. If you have a MY03 Boxster or later then things are a pain in the ass due to the MOST bus which is incompatible to most iPod kits.

From what I understand, you don't need a code for the CDR23 like the previous model Head Unit due to it being part of the MOST bus. You will however need to get the head unit enabled on the MOST bus...
