Thank you all. My cordless impact didn’t have enough juice to get it off, but a long breaker bar and pipe took care of it. In the end all I wound up actually needing to hold it still was the e-brake.

Yeah I see what you’re saying — I usually use my wheels in that fashion whenever I’m using jack stands. Slide em under the frame rails.
