Thanks, cap is OK. Sound is coming from the hole near the gas cap, you can see in the video the sound stops when I put my finger over it.

So, here is whats failed on my 03 Boxster S in 10 years and 70,000 miles:

Top Strap Broke at 60K
Motor Mount at 40K
Ignition Switch at 50K
CV Boots at 50K
AC needed recharge at 50K
