FIXED!!!!! Turns out the light removal tool...
FIXED!!!!!
Turns out the light removal tool was stripped.
Also it turn out that the cheap 5mm aocket in my cheap socket set was stripped....
Went out bought a new set, clicked in first time....

I still cant get them in, all 3 guides are in their tabs, the hooks on the bottom of the lights are there, the light pushes in and is it does it rotates the locking tool, i push the tool...
