yep engine mount. I actually bought one of those function first poly inserts but when I removed mine the whole thing fell apart. Had to buy a whole new mount.
Put it in D thump, put it in R thump

grab the bottom of the shift knob button and pull...
grab the bottom of the shift knob button and pull it towars you/upward. It'll pop out. Remove the slip and spring that's expose. Pull the shift knob up and out.
