i actually have a very similar spot on rear fender area....though smaller looks the same.
It's factory paint no repaint. It looks to be between factory clear and paint. I has not gotten bigger and has not gone away and doesn't look like it'll go away.
Is your car cobalt blue? Mine is cobalt

Yes the car was washed before going under covers but we did have 2 days of intense rain but the car is semi protected and has a very good waterproof cover. And the car is zenith blue. Thanks for all your help it’s fairly hot the next few days in Melbourne Australia so I’ll leave it in the sun a little bit and hot it disappears.

Any chance there was something on the cover itself that could have contacted the paint? I just think it's odd that the areas of concern are so specifically contained and don't look to have "runs"
