After driving both Monday and Tuesday with the top down, I just can't get rid of the car. I have been tempted to do a 996TT, but think I would miss the top down feeling. Unless I'm on the track, the Boxster seems to do just fine. I just think everyone always wants more power/speed. I'm also not sold on the 996 cab. The Boxster was designed as a convertible, where the 996 cab was not. If I did decide to give up the convertible, I would seriously consider a 996 GT3 or a 997S.

If I was going to do a 993, it would have to be turbo. As for the Z06, I'm staying far away from that. I just am not sold on that car. It just seems a little too big for a sports car. There are many of them at my work and it just doesn't fit my style.

I've also been tossing around the idea of buying an older 911 or 944 Turbo as a 2nd Porsche. The only issue with that is I would have to get a lift installed in my garage. My wife says we already have too many things to insure so I'm not so sure on that yet. That's kinda why I've been leaning towards just dumping a ton of money into the Boxster. New engine, upgraded brakes, aerokit, etc.

I can never make up my mind so next week it will be something else.
