Thanks jmfilly, i'll look into Zainos ... although as I said I've been using Autoglym for years but am always prepared to try something else, certainly if based on a recomendation.

I have always been concerned about the degree to which some polishes cut, previous cars have been black and any of the cutting polishes ended up producing polishing 'rings'. My Boxster is AS and so shouldn't suffer (or look to obvious) if this happens, but I'm very keen to minimise any adverse effects.
