I changed my tranny oil to Redline MT-90 and right away it was smoother in everything. I have put over 1k on it since and nothing has changed.

Yes I changed mine myself. It's not so much hard,but rather an annoyance trying to fit the big hex key in the filler whole to loosen and tighten the plug,same with fitting the tranny fluid in there(I transferred the oil from the new tranny oil container to a small container I had around the garage,made it much easier).

My experience exactly. My 3 & 4 shifts were stiff when cold, but the MT-90 helped by 50% when cold and made the gearbox smoother overall.
