For the part material and tolerance I wouldn't budge for anything below a 7075 grade aluminum (+ professionally treated) and with a tolerance greater than 0.02~0.03mm (huge max). Won't exactly be a cheap part be aware but very much available e.g. German/Euro mfg or custom machined locally.
ps. no asian import on that part. < read twice.
