Tank was OEM and was $450
Labor was $700
Tax and other environmental charge and total was $1200

This is the 2nd one I have had put in. First one failed 6 years ago.

That's one project I haven't yet done... though my tank looks fairly new (bought the car in 8.17). That's going to be one project I'll be tackling.
