Yes, there is a ground point adjacent to fuse panel. You will not see it until you remove carpeted trim surrounding fuse panel but once you do it will be blatantly visible. One screw at top of fuse panel IIRC.

Thanks for the quick replies guys.

Charles, are you talking about the screw beside the relay panel? See my pic below. You slid the spade behind the black tab rather than just behind the nut?

Burg, I can't see how to get the carpet off beside the fuse panel.
