I like the design of the tarret pieces. I am not sure they will look good though. They incorporate a shoulder which buts up against the rotor hat surface thereby removing a fair amount of the stress concentration that would normally be resolved at the hub thread and stud interface. Less bending stress means a lower probability stud failures.

There is also less direct stress on hub threads as the stud is not jammed into the threads on installation.

I have not used them as yet and wonder about wheel lug hole clearance around these shoulders.

I believe one could polish the bullet nose area of the studs to a gunmetal colour to better match wheels and nuts.
