Here in Co we have winters, but we also get warming days as well. I put mine in a semi stored state, but still gets driven when reasonable (I don’t do winter tires and don’t run my summers when it is really cold) I change my oil early spring, and maybe after summer if I have done a few track events. Not been an issue...
