It was harder to take off im going to order it. Does anyone know what the porsche part number is for a 2000 2.7. Ive seen a few different part numbers for them.

I had the same scare a couple months back. CEL, white smoke, shaky rpm's.

Here is the part I used, mine is an 01 2.7.

996-107-023-04-M100

I also recommend getting this hose 996-107-146-00-M100 (just a bit further down on the same page) for $29, you might not need it but mine cracked and I had to tape it together until the new one arrived.

It's also a great time to check and clean your MAF. :dance:

Yea I just had the air oil separator replaced today and it was bad. I did buy that part from pelican part.
