delubozparts I would like to here the noise of this exhaust, as i dont want a too loud ehaust, but if its a nice sound that would be awesome.
What is the weight differance is there anything significant???
I am new to the boxster world but reading the write up on the exhaust has been good. I see they are for sale on ebay. I have a 2002 BoxsterS its a pre-facelift (although i have now changed all the lights.
How much would it cost myself for one of the plain tipped cat-back exhausts delivered to Aberdeen, Scotland???
Also do you create any for the Cayman or Carrera4s??? thank you!!
James

I've just purchased Che's headers for my 98 2.5L. I'm extremely impressed with his outstanding service and delivery. He's been very helpful and has answered all of my questions very quickly. This has been one of the the easiest and smoothest transactions I've done online.
I'm based in Australia and the headers only took about a week to get here from the time I ordered them. That has to be a record for me! In the past, other things that I've purchased from the USA have taken 2-3 weeks to get here.
I'm planning on doing the installation this weekend if I can find some time. I'll let you all know how it goes once they're on the car!!!

Hi James,
Sorry for late reply, I didn't check the posting lately got too busy with other projects.
I will need your e-mail address to send a sound clip.
The actual weight is 19.15 Lbs, not sure how much is stock exhaust.
The price for member shipped to Scotland is $650.00 shipped, I can declared as Gift with low value to avoid Tax from Custom.
Currently I had my very first Exhaust for Cayman this is the link:

Thank you !

Okay, not a mechanic or anything, but when comparing the pics of Che's header and OE (2002 S), it looks like the first set of CATS will have to be eliminated since the CATS are welded on the original exhaust manifold. I got under my car today and confirmed that I have 4 02 sensors for each Primary CAT (before and after) and have secondary CATs with no 02 sensors before the muffler. So how does it install? Any takers?
On another note, I just ordered Che's Short Shifter. I will give you guys a review once received and installed. The B&M was just too expensive, but I got tired of the long throws. It, or I, felt out of synch when driving hard. The BOX has excellent go and and clutch action, it just takes longer to go through the gears with the stock shifter. New models any better?

Old video pics not working for sound clips.
As I am in the market for an enhanced exhaust, does anyone have any sound bites for this exhaust. The price tag is very tempting and everyone seems to like it so far.
The other links earlier in this thread are dead now, so any new ones would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Chris

Twenty Three Thousand (plus) page views and 222 replies. Is this some kind of a record here?
