Rick: I attached my UOA from Blackstone so you could have a visual comparison. This is also using Castrol Edge 10w-40. Everything looks similar except as noted the viscosity which appears to be consistent. A thought I have is that fluid shear can be caused by fluid flow under pressure through an orifice. With this in mind I would wonder if you have changed the oil pressure relief piston? Could be worthwhile and it is cheap and easy.
