Interested in installing Ceramic Pads, any input?

My brakes seem a little spongy and I plan on doing a fluid flush and pad replacement.

I'm pretty much sick of the brake dust on my wheels and I'm considering Ceramic pads which I have on my Cadillac. They perform well and do not emit any dust.

Anyone have experience with Ceramics and can recommend a decent brand?

I have a 2004 S Special Edition.
