New headlights with the clear turn signal area are $800 shipped from Poland, or take the old ones to a pro for refinishing. You can occasionally find good used sets on eBay, but they usually cost as much or more than new. 
Best look, economy and light output would be to find a set of "clears" and retrofit HID projectors into them, but it is a lot of work.
