Another option: junkyard Audis.

I broke all three of my dash wiring connectors while disconnecting to install a 996 gauge cluster. Like the above poster, I couldn't find the Porsche kit anywhere. By digging into a few contemporary Audi dashes in a nearby Pick-n-Pull junkyard, I was able to find several identical connectors in excellent condition. Strangely, the only difference is that the locking levers are magenta rather than black plastic.

I don't recall the exact years, sorry. One caveat: some Audis of this vintage instead used very similar but not identical connectors, which I considered but which would have required re-wiring the connectors.

These might be available as new Audi parts, too, but if you're buying new, AliExpress is probably cheaper and easier.
