Just an update, the check engine light was becoming a regular occurrence so I decided to replace the sensor. I'll eventually replace all sensors that have had a revision update.

This was not an easy sensor to replace as the left intake manifold is in the way. I had to remove all the intake bolts which allowed me turn it out of the way enough to slide in the new sensor.

After a week, no codes or CEL. Thanks for everyone's input.
