Gilles Registered User Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Orange County, CA Posts: 1,981	Another IMS question... A friend of mine inherited a 2006 Carrera S with the 3.8 engine from his father that passed away. This car was manufactured on 12/05 with the VIN WP0CB29926S767057 Is there a way to find out if this car has the newer IMS bearing that cannot be serviced without complete engine disassemble? Thank you!
