New brake hardware ??

I will admit that I re-use my brake hardware and haven't had any problems.

But as Steve said, its so darn cheap so why not take out the extra insurance? I think he's convinced me to change my ways and replace everything on the next brake change.

I don't unbolt the calipers, so no need to change them. To do this I ditched the OEM anti-squeal pads the fit up into the piston.

generally I will reuse the old hardware unless it is deformed when removing or installing the components. I have never seen the hardware fail so I feel comfortable with reusing it.

I clean and reuse without adding any goop. No problems.
