Advance will typically use a local rebuilder (typically) I also doubt they actually have them.. but they *might* My local places offer rebuild services. They come to me, grab several axle sets and return them a few days later "rebuilt".. for what they charge me? not worth me getting dirty  .. mark it up and pass it onto the customer!! LOL
