Mod Madness Fever

I've been feeling like an addict lately as I always seem to be looking for something new to do the the Boxster.

I think I'm going to need to enroll myself in a PMMS (Porsche Mod Madness Syndrome) 12 step program.

I'm wondering what are the most common mods, so take the poll

This forum helps, but it doesn't help, ya know? I will say that I am happy with all of my mods so far, with maybe a few more to go. I have a short shifter from a 997 still waiting to be installed, there might be an UDP in my future at some point(still on the fence), and I will probably do the LN spin on oil filter in the near future. Other items on the list are my center console(paint or cover in leather) and a front bumper respray. Mechanically I need to change the water pump and at some point the IMS but my clutch is still fine so that will probably wait for now. Plenty to keep me occupied

I have on the shelf waiting for install: Short Shifter, Xenon Projector headlights, Tarret UDP, and water pump/low temp thermostat/vacuum coolant refiller on the way.

I had a coolant overfill/dump/leak issue this week and need to verify the cooling system is good this weekend, missing my planned Auto-X.

Since the car is garaged this weekend at home I might as well tear into it and do all my upgrades.

I was having too much fun driving it and the Auto-x and so did not want to have it down for the installs hence the "On the shelf" backlog.

Ooooohhh Particle, you DO have it bad, but at least you can justify it as earning some $$$ for your own upgrades.

Wow at this point 9 people had voted and amoungst us 9 we already had 47 mods....yikes.

No, sounds interesting, pictures?

But guess what, I'm going to have "Dragon Eyes" soon. Anyone got those?

We are just big kids with big toys and too much expendable income!
At this rate I think our Mods expenditures should be able to finance a small country.

I swear it's not a problem. I can stop any time I want. I just enjoy it.

Hopefully I should be adding my first mods in the next few months and the anticipation is killing me.

I'm waiting on both of you. So i can get Particle to make me one set WITH dragon Eyes

But the Dragon Eyes should have a ON/OFF switch so I can just turn it on at car shows and to scare little children, without risking draining my battery
