Newbie 02 6sp Boxster S owner, oil on top of engine?

There is oil on the top of the engine and as shown in the images. Where should I start looking for leaks?

The Air Oil Seperator (AOS). Pull the fitting where the bent plastic AOS tube goes into the manifold by the throttle body and see if there is standing oil in that area. A little is ok, but if it is pooling / everything is covered in oil change your AOS. I had to do that and now there is almost zero oil in that area.

OK, will pull the AOS tube you referenced tonight if the pool team doesn't keep me up too late. Thanks

Pull 1&2 where they merge into the intake manifold & swab around the inside with your finger for oil etc.

Also check the pleated hose under the AOS for leaks & tears. It looks like a accordian & is clamped to the engine head.
