CDR220 Won't eject the CD
Bought my new to me 2000 S with a CD stuck in the CDR220 last year.
How in the heck to do I get it out?
Thanks to anyone with a clue!

Apparently this is a common problem. I opened mine, but I couldn't find the source of the problem.

Not sure if it's relative to a boxster stereo, but my old truck had an aftermarket stereo that ate and wouldn't return one of my CDs. A few weeks later the battery died. As soon as I connected the new battery the cd popped right out

Try this... When the door of the player opens lightly press downward on it.

I used a picked last time to get the CD out. I jabbed the CD or something. Man, it's a POS cd player.
