I just did mine, 2000S, it took 2.8 L and I got the Porsche stuff, best price I found was from ECSTuning.com. It was relatively easy to do and it made a big difference in the feel of my shifting.

Bought mine from ECS as well for my 2000 S. relatively easy project and shifting is improved. Changed mine at 115k miles, not sure if PM had ever done it or not, but made shifting much smoother and easier.

Thanks for the advice. I already bought RedLine so i will test it anyway. Iīm from Finland and nearest Porsche dealer is 400km away from my city, so itīs easier to buy stuff i can get from local shops.

I will write some experiences when a driving season begins. Itīs still -20 Celsius here in Finland and Boxster rests in garage another 3 months

Mine was right around 109,000, and based on my service records I don't think it had ever been done (if it had, it was in the first 60,000 miles). It made a big difference
