under what conditions does it lose power (i.e. hard acceleration, gear, speed, full or 1/2 throttle, etc.)? Only on take off. I almost never exhilarate hard so its with moderate acceleration. It seems that the only time it does it, is when I start to exhilarate.

Assume someone scanned for pending codes via OBDII? And likewise presume condition is not occurring b/c you hit rev-limiter, correct? Two different garages put a computer on the car. They both said there were no bad codes or something like that.
