Buyng a boxster with fire damage?

To start with, the car has not a salvage title. They are asking about 11k (euro, yeah I live in Europe) this is about 11k $. (for an intact one they ask here about 18 k)

I forgot to say that the top is unharmed.

The biggest thing that I am concerned about the possibility that the equipment is shortened(if I say this correct). Even engineparts could be harmed? Secondly, I heard that wiring harnesses are very expensive(about 2k for a used one). Is there anything else that is very very expensive to replace in this area (say under the dashboard)? Going to a junkyard is a good idea! Or via ebay? Again, thanks for all your help!
