Are you sure the code is a 1135? I ask because P1135 it isn't listed as a code in the DME book for the 7.2. Flashing? Exactly what is flashing? The CEL? Flashing CEL is really serious problem. Get the codes read and don't drive it until you know exactly what the problem is.
