Camshaft position deviation

Camshaft position 1 deviation varies at idle between -3.43 and -3.06 or wider. Camshart position 2 deviation stays at -1.95. IMS was replaced several months ago so I think it is not likely IMS bearing. What else could cause this and how risky is this?
