Hotwire passenger seat belt buckle?

I couldn't get access to an air compressor so I tried using compressed air in a can. That did not do the trick. I'll give it a shot next weekend with a real compressor. If that doesn't work, then I'll just have to pull the seat and install the new buckle. I'll post my results here.
