air box
The bolt goes through the hole that #10 and #6 previously used. The fender washer is large enough to cover the larg hole and hold everything against the inner fender side wall.
When you tighten the bolt it pull the air box to the side wall helping point #2 down towards the ground making it harder for water to get in. Good luck !!
