The dealers have access to a data base that works off of the serial number of the unit. If you hold the TP button down on your unit for say 10 seconds, it will give you the Serial number. Give that to the dealer and they will call to get your code.

I don't believe it is a program but a data base that is phone accessed by Porsche dealers only.
