I believe he's referring to the fact that increasing the front braking power, without also increasing the rear, will change the brake bias ratio toward the front. Luckily, it's probably a small shift, in the benign direction of front-heavy bias.

Throughout the week parts arrived in time for me to have the GiroDisc's installed on Friday. Without further ado.
