Sound is decent, you can have it play the other caller over your FM, and it turns on fast enough I leave it off until I hear my phone ring. It's not perfect but its decent enough for the price.
I have purchased a sony CD player that has a built in bluetooth handsfree kit, looks brilliant, but im having trouble fitting, anyone fit one of these?? connections just dont meet up? small yellow block doesnt fit into new sony headset

You will need a conversion adaptor for Sony connection and make sure alarm wire that was connected to old unit is grounded.
Not sure which model of Sony you have but can go on most audio sites and put your model car and radio in and it should show which adapter you need.
I've found this, and it states that i do not need any installation kit? is that an adapter its referring to? this is exact sony player i have with my exact car's details in

X2 I have one of these as well and it works very well. It is in my Range Rover and not my Boxster though but that is the nice thing I can take it with me in any car.
