You are absolutely right, given it's brutally anodized to spec it won't go anywhere and loose conductivity until the end of time lol. Any of the 6xxx grade would still be overkill.... I've used 7075 cuz I have about one ton of it in OD50 bar stock sitting behind the shop :/ I really hope someone will rob it all off me one day so I can put a claim to the insurance company loll

You go too fast bud. You need to put up a prototype and send it out for tests (fitment, ect). Once you got that out then you can start taking orders. Just my advice

In fact do what you want (don't listen to anyone)
