hampton7c Registered User Join Date: Nov 2010 Location: Georgia Posts: 1	Which engine to swap to.... I have a 2002 Porsche Boxster, 6 Cylinder, 2.7 L, 5 speed, I am looking to swap my engine. I have read a few threads already but I want to get right to the point. If I just swap engines what would be the best engine that is a direct fit? With this engine swap I am going to need a better transmission, a 5 speed is not going to cut it. What transmission would be good, would it be worth it to convert to a triptronic?
