Ummmm no. A hydraulic system works on the premise that the fluid is non-compressible and thus able to transmit energy. A gas is compressible, and destroys the effectiveness of any hydraulic system.
You can try bleeding the clutch to get any air that may be in there OUT, which if there is sufficient air in the system, may improve things significantly, but it sounds like your clutch is just worn and due for replacement.
It's also worth noting, that if you let the clutch really get bad, that it will ruin the flywheel, and you'll have to replace that too.
