dennis Registered User Join Date: Jan 2010 Location: NY Posts: 130	Probably better with a little RTV in the holes- paint it the color of the car w/ touch-up paint. Atleast the RTV will flex with the car and you don't run the risk of the plugs falling out. I'm sure they are not expensive, but why pay for them? And with the RTV, it will be flush with the bumper
