And what if I'm going to vacation to the south, so i take the highway in Germany, it gets REALLY hot down there if you end up in a que.

Doesn't that also have an effect on the brake fluids boiling point?

No, that won't affect the brake fluid temperature much at all. The thing that gets the brake fluid hot enough to exceed it's boiling point, and create air bubbles, is repeated heavy braking without enough "off time" to cool down.

Stephen has a point. If you can find it and use it and you want to spend the extra money, go for it. But off the track you really don't need it.

My thought is that if you're spending this much money on your braking system, why not put the best fluid in you can find?

At the end of the day you have to decided what you're most comfortable with and go with that.

If your brake light isn't on you probably don't need to replace the wear sensors.

Well, the light is on that i need to change my pads.
So while I'm at it, I'm just going to change everything.

Because the cheapest is to buy the things off the internet. From UK.
And its not day-to-day service from the mail firm in Denmark

So instead of waiting for parts, I'm just ordering everything. Cause maybe I'm selling the car in the summer. I want the 987 from 2005 with sat nav.
Though i like my currently interior, its giving me a feel of a racecar.

The interior in the 987 is like comfort and design.

My brake light came on Friday night on the way home from work. Can I just change the Pads? (And check the disks of course, but they look fine.)

Ye, but I think you need a diagnostic tool, if you just wants to change the pads that are worn. Remember to change all on one axel

Or you can just change all of them while you're at it

If your brake light came out, you wore the pads down to the sensors and you will have to replace the sensors too (Pelican auto parts is one option). Measure the rotors to see if you need to change the rotors. Plenty of options for rotors and pads on the web or Ebay.
