The flash will give you 40hp with the stock intake and exhaust? (this would be great but I would not expect more than 20hp)?
There are no custom Softronic flashes (I have secondary cat by-passes and a custom high by-pass stock muffler) to optimize aftermarket components....?
That's pretty much it. I'm sorry I don't have dyno comparisons for each component change. I only have the pre and post everything, the rest was using my butt dyno, which has been fairly accurate. In the old days we used to tune by ear and butt dyno and it worked well. As you know every model year has slight differences as do every bolt on aftermarket item you can buy, not to mention dyno readings differences. as has been pointed out in other threads. Anyway, I could feel differences making small adjustments after all that, for example I added Pedros plenum and the car pulled much stronger in the mid range. then I increased my mid pipes from 1 3/4 " to 2" and I got more torque on the lower end that was undeniable even without a dyno. Bottom line is we are (at least I'm not racing) so if it feels good to you, it must be OK. Just have fun...

Bringing up an old discussion, sorry...

I see from the Softronic web site a ref to the Durametric software. Anyone know if the Softronic software can be run using the Durametric cable?

Reason for asking is that if it can then I can purchase just the software from them and use my Durametric cable - this way there is no "hardware" to send me and I do not have to pay postage and import tax to Finland!!!
