Sure it is. Slap an e-bay turbo on it, or a 200-shot of nitrous, and you have cheap and fast.
...but you will have a bit of a reliability problem.
I hope you don't really mean what you're suggesting, though... That
fast and
reliable is not a combination that you can put together... At least, I hope that's not what you mean, for the sake of your business. (Particularly since I may be a customer of yours in the next couple of years.
