98 Boxster. Wont crank, wont start

macyfilms Registered User Join Date: Sep 2008 Location: Los Angeles Posts: 51	key/transponder I thought about that key-transponder issue, but it's the same key I've been using for ten years. Is it possible that when my battery went totally dead i created a code or immobilizer issue? i should mention that when my battery was totally dead, i had to put juice in through the cigarette lighter to get the hood unlocked. sam
