you have to lower the motor about 2". remove the mount to engine bolts (some won't come all the way out; they're too long). then, remove the mount to chassis bolts. lower the engine 2". then, facing the back of the car, rotate the mount couter-clockwise. some of the bolt holes on the mount to engine interface are actually slots designed to allow removal w/ some of the bolts still more or less in the motor. once you get it out, it will be very obvious to you how it works.
